You can order from beWild with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal or a Money Order (US only). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.


NO CREDIT CARD? NO PROBLEM! Though BeWild.com excepts money orders, it is much Faster & Easier to place your order with a prepaid credit card. Pre Paid Credit Cards, also known as
Gift Cards, are just as simply purchased as a money order and can be found at many local retailers in your area including banks, grocery & convenience stores, post offices and drug stores. Nearly any location that you can purchase a money order you will be able to get a prepaid credit card. By placing an order with a pre-paid card rather then a money order you will be entitled to instant processing, which will drastically decrease the amount of time it takes to fulfill an order and ship your merchandise to you. In the case of a return a Pre-Paid credit card is able to be credited just like a normal card. The credit process is instant, where as money orders take several business days to process to charge or credit. Please feel free to call us with any questions regarding pre paid credit card orders. As you find each item that you want to buy, click the order button on each item's page and that item will be placed into your virtual "Shopping Cart".

When you are done shopping just click on the "Shopping Cart" Tab at the top of any page and view all the items that you are buying.

Then, click the "Check Out" button.

You will be brought to the next page where you will enter your shipping information.

When you are done, print that page.
Add $7.95 (UPS ground shipping charge) to the total amount of your order and send your money order and the printed page to:

If you do not have a printer please handwrite the name of the products you desire.
The product code (usally before the price on the items page).

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

1. Click the thumbnail of the item you would like to purchase.

2. Choose any option if neccessary (ie: size, color, etc). Once complete, there will be an "ADD TO BAG " button. Click it to add your item and go to the cart.

3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.

PROBLEMS ORDERING:

These are some of the most common solutions to ordering problems.

1. Make sure to enter the exact billing address appearing on your statement
2. If you recieve a message saying "YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS DECLINED" please try using a different credit card.

Currently we do not offer catalogs and only sell via secure online store or by mail with money order (U.S. Only).

SHIPPING INFO:

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally. Typically orders are processed and shipped with in 1-2 business days of placing an order. This time frame does not apply to orders that must be verified due to incorrect billing information provided by the customer or orders which have back ordered or out of stock items. If you are concerned with the date in which your order will be shipped please contact customer care for assistance.

We do offer expedited and next day air services, however All Next Day Air Orders Must be called in to our customer care line so we can make the proper delivery arrangements. 1-2 business day shipping IS NOT next day air shipping and though your package may be delivered the following day depending on your location 1-2 business day service only ensures 2nd day delivery. Packages are only delivered monday - friday excluding holidays.

Please note we ship only on Monday-Friday. If you place your order on Thursday night and request 1-2 business day shipping, it will most likely get delivered on Tuesday of the following week. This is because shipping is considered in BUSINESS DAYS, which means only Monday - Friday will your item be shipped. We do not ship any items after 5 PM Eastern Standard Time or on Saturday and Sunday. We are also not held responsible for any package delays due to miss-addressed or miss-handled boxes by you or the shipping provider not limited to bad weather or natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornado, volcanic eruptions or terrorist activity in your area whether it be UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. We do however, promise to make shipping your package our top priority and will be sure to get your package out as quickly as humanly possible. Shipping methods such as UPS 1-2 business days or 2-3 business days does not mean your package will arrive within 1-2 or 2-3 days of placing your order. Orders made late in the afternoon or evening are processed the following day and will be delivered within 1-2 or 2-3 business days of that day.


If you return any items, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do not make any money on shipping.
