Technical Account Manager

Product Manager Social Mobile
Our US product management team is responsible for defining and implementing the next generation social mobile products. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of product management experience building and managing compelling, social mobile apps on the iOS and Android platforms as well as associated back end services. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing infrastructure within the building, ensuring daily checks and scheduled services are conducted with minimal to no interruption of services to the business. As well as to manage and liaise with contractors and landlord, for any installations, repairs, and general maintenance required. Applicant will need to be able to own and maintain, respond and follow up on, the existing service requests inbound in the Facilities ticketing system amongst other things.
