This is certainly an exciting time to be joining Hotel Chocolat as we expand our business internationally and establish our brand within the US marketplace. Our exclusive and authentic chocolates have revolutionized chocolate in the UK and it is our intention to do the same in the US, starting with Boston where two of our chocolate stores will be opening shortly. Our aspiration is for our customers to see Hotel Chocolat as a place to escape to where they can indulge themselves or where they can buy an incredibly special gift for the important people in their life. To achieve this we don’t just aim to meet our customers’ expectations, we want to exceed them at every opportunity.
