We buy in large quantities direct from
manufacturers, auctions from bankrupt companies and other surplus
brokers. This allows us to actually stock what is listed on our website
and sell it at a much lower price. As a result we won't always have
everything, but what we do have will be stocked and ready to ship the
same day at a price that is lower than anyone else. |

Ordering Information

WARRANTIES: We have a 90-day warranty on all
items, unless otherwise stated.
RESTOCKING FEE: None, we simply
don't feel right about charging our customers a restocking fee on a perfectly
good item.
PURCHASE ORDERS: We only accept PO's from
schools, hospitals and government agencies.
PAYMENT METHODS: Orders must be paid
by credit card, Paypal, wire transfer, or prepaid check.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship via Priority Mail for International orders outside the United
States. Email us at info@deepsurplus.com with a list of items you are
interested in and your shipping address in order to get a quote.
MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum on website
orders. Phone orders have a $20 product minimum.
SHIPPING: Orders received before 4PM EST (1PM PST.) ,
Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders
after 4PM (EST) (Monday through Friday) will usually ship the next
business day. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Laguna Niguel, CA via FedEx
or the Post Office.
RETURNS: During the 90 day warranty period we accept
returns for any reason. Please contact customer service for a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number. When you call us have your original
order number ready along with a list of the items you want to return. A
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to you.
Please write this number on the outside of the package when returning
the items
back to us. Mail your package to 27671 La Paz Rd., Laguna Niguel, CA
92677. When the product has been received you will be refunded for the
amount of the product only. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds
will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of the package. Email
notification of the refund will be sent to you.
SALES TAX: All sales shipped to an address in the state
of California will be charged sales tax, unless a resale card has been
filled out and submitted to us. Please note that a copy of your resale
certificate is not sufficient, we must have the proper form filled out,
signed and either faxed to us at (949) 606-9447 or scanned in and
emailed to orders@deepsurplus.com.
